Within the framework of implementing general culture conferences program for 2026, Dr Menes MESBAH gave a lecture entitled with “Reading the rule 2797 of security council on the Western Sahara” in April 9^th, 2026 at the Naval Forces Command headquarters Chahid Souidani Boudjemaa in Zeralda with the presence of a number of high officials and Naval Forces’ officers.
