Within the framework of a farewell visit, the Major-General Noureddine KAID, Naval Forces Chief of Staff, received in December 10^th, 2025 at the Naval Forces Command headquarters "Chahid Souidani Boudjemaa", the Attaché of Defence at Portugal Embassy in Algeria, Colonel DA SILVA JORGE ANA PAULA.
