In execution of the general culture lectures program planned for the year 2021, doctor Djamel YAHIAOUI lectured on the 15^th of December 2021, at the Naval Forces Command Headquarters « Chahid Souidani Boudjemaa », on « The role of national memory in the formation of good and responsible citizen », with the presence of high staff and officers from the Naval Forces.
