General OUANES Fouad, on behalf of the Commander of Naval Forces, received at the headquarters of Naval Forces " Chahid Souidani Boudjemaa ", on the 27th of September 2021, the defence attaché at the Embassy of the STATE of LIBYA in Algeria, the COLONEL Ali Djemaa Amhamed ELFOURTI, within a visit of presentation.
