Graduation Ceremony of Non-Commissioned Officer Classes at the National Gendarmerie non-Commissioned officers School of M’daourouch.

 
     On June 14th2026, Brigadier General, Regional Commander of the National Gendarmerie in Constantine, presided over the graduation ceremony of the Non-Commissioned Officer classes for the 2025/2026 academic year at the National Gendarmerie Non-Commissioned Officer School of M’daourouch “Martyr Farah Boujemaa”. The graduating classes were named after the martyr Haïdoussi Merzouk and were as follows:
  • 7thClass of the Second-Degree Professional Military Qualification Certificate – Intervention;
  • 7thClass of the First-Degree Professional Military Qualification Certificate – Intervention Instructor;
  • 4thClass of the First-Degree Professional Military Qualification Certificate – Staff Structures;
  • 7thClass of the First-Degree Professional Military Qualification Certificate – Intervention;
  • 16thClass of the Second-Degree Professional Military Certificate – Intervention;
  • 4thClass of the Second-Degree Professional Military Certificate – Intervention (Promoted from the Ranks).
     
      
         These classes received comprehensive and balanced training including physical, military, and professional aspects, in accordance with modern training programs based on the simulation of real operational environments and openness to practical field conditions, thereby reflecting the core mission of the institution. This training was not limited to academic and professional qualification through the latest pedagogical methods, skill development, and the consolidation of knowledge and military fundamentals; it also focused on preparing personnel committed to military ethics, imbued with the values of the People's National Army, heir to the National Liberation Army, and operationally qualified to carry out intervention missions in both combat and public order situations, which enable them by this preparation to perform their future duties with professionalism and efficiency.
     
      
         The graduation ceremony concluded with a tribute paid by the Brigadier General, Regional Commander of the National Gendarmerie in Constantine, to the family of the martyr Haïdoussi Merzouk, in recognition of the immense sacrifices made by the martyrs and veterans of the National Liberation War in preserving the country's sovereignty and safeguarding its dignity, and as an expression of gratitude for the martyr’s heroic role. The Brigadier General also signed the School’s Golden Register, a long-standing tradition symbolizing the official recognition of the excellence and discipline demonstrated by the Non-Commissioned Officer students throughout their training course.
