Graduation Ceremony at the National Gendarmerie Non-Commissioned Officers School of Miliana.

 
     Brigadier General, Director of Telematics at the National Gendarmerie Command, presided over the graduation ceremony of new classes of non-commissioned officers and Professional Military Qualification trainees on June 20th, 2026, at the National Gendarmerie Non-Commissioned Officers School of Miliana, which proudly bears the name of the heroic martyr “Djelal Nouar.”
 
  
     The graduating classes included the third (03) class of non-commissioned officer cadets specializing in Administration and Information and Communication Systems, the second (02) class of non-commissioned officer cadets specializing in Equipment, the third (03) class of First- and Second-Level Professional Military Qualification trainees in the fields of Administration (Budget and Finance, Secretariat and Human Resources, Management and Supply) and Information and Communication Systems, as well as the second (02) class of First- and Second-Level Professional Military Qualification trainees specializing in Equipment. The graduating cohorts also included the third (03) class of Information Systems training. The graduates received basic military training together with specialized technical and professional instruction based on modern curricula that take into account technological developments and the requirements of field operations, enabling them to carry out their future duties with competence and professionalism.
 
  
     The ceremony commenced with an inspection of the graduating formations on the parade ground by the Brigadier General. Outstanding graduates were then honored through the conferment of ranks and the presentation of certificates. The event also featured various military and sporting demonstrations that reflected the high level of proficiency, discipline, and cohesion achieved by the graduates during the 2025–2026 academic year and showcased the quality of the training they had received. At the conclusion of the ceremony, the Brigadier General paid tribute to the family of the martyr Djelal Nouar, after whom the graduating classes were named, in recognition of the sacrifices made by Algeria’s noble martyrs and distinguished moudjahidine, before signing the school’s Golden Register.
