On December 28, 2022, Brigadier General YAHYA ALI OUALHADJ, Commander of the National Gendarmerie, conducted a working and inspection visit to the units of the 1^st Regional Command of the National Gendarmerie in Blida, where he closely examined the reality of the operational activity of the units as well as the readiness of the personnel on the field and also the implementation of the road map related to public security and tranquility set by the Command.


    In this context, Mr. General, Commander of the National Gendarmerie examined the work of the units responsible for maintaining public security and monitoring the fight against crime in all its forms. He also inaugurated some units created recently with the aim of strengthening security coverage on the territory of the 1^st Regional Command of the National Gendarmerie.


     The visit ended with an evaluation meeting held with unit commanders and regional command executives, where the General praised the efforts made in the fight against crime and urged individuals to achieve the objectives of the National Gendarmerie in the field, so that they become a tangible reality which is reflected in the feeling of security, peace and tranquility of citizens in their places of residence as well as during their travels, in particular through diligent work, dedicated, distinguished and tireless and the fight against crime and organized crime in all its forms.
