Within the framework of the execution of the communication plan for the year 2025/2026, approved by Mister The General, Minister Delegate to The Minister of National Defense, Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army, the Republican Guard Command organized, on May 03^rd, 2026, a guided visit, for the benefit of national media, to the 4^th Motorized and Intervention Regiment of the Republican Guard Command “Chahid Arbadji Abd Errahmane”.

      At the beginning of the visit, a welcome speech to the representatives of the national media was delivered by the Chief of the Information and Communication Service of the Republican Guard Command, followed by a brief presentation of Chief of the Unit about the Regiment and its mission, before the media delegation visited the different facilities and pedagogical structures of the Regiment.

  

      In order to allow the journalist to get a close look at the different combat missions assigned to the Regiment, serval workshops were presented highlighting the various equipment and materials available within the Regiment. Sports demonstrations were also presented, such as (gueuksoul sports and combat techniques both armed and unarmed), during which the personnels of the Republican Guard displayed a high degree of professionalism and mastery, reflecting the high level of physical and mental readiness achieved.

  

  

       This communication activity aims at highlighting the honorable image of the People’s National Army through the achievement accomplished within the framework of the development and modernization program of the Republican Guard, for which the High Command of the People’s National Army grants a sustained interest, translated essentially by the training of qualified personnel, the modernization of infrastructures and acquisition of sophisticated equipment.

      This activity took place under good conditions, the representatives of the national media largely welcomed this initiative which further strengthens good relations and creates more reliable communication channels between the military institution and the media family.
