Lieutenant General Said CHANEGRIHA, Chief of Staff of the PNA, presides over the inauguration ceremonies of social establishments and infrastructures in the 4th and 5th Military Regions.
Lieutenant General Said CHANEGRIHA, Chief of Staff of the People's National Army, presided this Saturday, June 05th, 2021, the inauguration ceremonies of social establishments and infrastructures in the 4th and 5th Military Regions, accompanied by the Director of Social Services as well as the Central Director of Military Infrastructures of the Ministry of National Defence.
First stopover, at Biskra Air Base, the Lieutenant General was welcomed by Major General TLEMCANI Omar, Commander of the 4th Military Region, before proceeding to the inauguration of the Thermal and Rest Centre of Biskra and following an exhaustive presentation about this important social establishment, that provides thermal water treatments for the benefit of both on duty and retired PNA personnel, and their families.
At Annaba airport, the Lieutenant General was welcomed by General-Major HAMBLI Noureddine, Commander of the 5th Military Region, with the presence of General-Major BENMEDDAH Mahfoud, Acting Commander of the Naval Forces, before proceeding to the inauguration a Marine Fusiliers’ unit in El Tarf, it was baptized on the name of one of the heroes of our glorious Revolution, Chahid TALAI Sadek, with the presence of his family who were honoured in the occasion.
He then visited the different structures of the unit and inquired closely about its executives’ and personnel’s various tasks, before following a sports’ exhibition in Kouksoul. It was noted that the personnel of the Regiment showed great physical performances.
By the end of the visits, the Lieutenant General presided over the inauguration ceremony of the Garrison Circle in Annaba that includes 90 individual rooms and suites provided with all the conditions of comfort, dedicated to the on duty and retired PNA personnel, during their leaves, vacations and permissions.
