Following the painful and tragic accident that occurred today, Saturday, 6 December 2025, caused by the overturning of a public transport bus in the province of Béni Abbès, which resulted in the death of fourteen (14) citizens, including two (02) servicemen of the People’s National Army, the General, Minister Delegate to the Minister of National Defence, Chief of Staff of People's National Army, extends, in his own name and on behalf of all personnel of the People’s National Army, his sincere condolences to the families of the victims. He prays to Almighty and Most Merciful God to grant their loved ones His vast Paradise and to grant the families patience and strength, and wishes the injured a swift and full recovery.
