Within the framework of the implementation of the scientific and technical activities program of the Military Health Services, the Deputy Commander of the 5th Military Region presided over the opening ceremony of the 18th Medical-Surgical Conference and the 6th Paramedical Conference on Wednesday, 10th December 2025, at the Constantine Army’s Regional Circle in the 5th Military Region, the ceremony was attended by civilian authorities, officers and staff from the Military Region's health units, and doctors and specialists from various military and civilian hospitals.


      This scientific activity, which will take place over two days, will be marked by the organization of workshops and conferences, aiming to the continuing education of military health service managers, namely in the field of cognitive neuroscience and polytrauma, and will constitute an opportunity to exchange experiences and strengthen scientific cooperation between the different national military and civilian skills, as well as to enrich theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of surgical and early diagnosis of chronic diseases.
