Within the framework of the fight against terrorism and during a search and raking operation in the Djbel Amrouna area of the Ain Defla Military Sector in the 1st Military Region, detachments of People's National Army killed four (4) terrorists today, 1st February 2026, and recovered four (4) Kalashnikov-type submachine guns and a quantity of ammunition.

      This operation, which is still continuing, confirms the vigilance and the determination of People's National Army forces to pursue the remnants of these criminals until their complete elimination.
