Within the framework of fight against terrorism, and following the successful operation conducted by detachments of People's National Army yesterday, 1st February, 2026, in the Djbel Amrouna area of the Ain Defla Military Sector in the 1st Military Region, which resulted in the elimination of four (4) terrorists and the recovery of four (4) Kalashnikov-type submachine guns, the continuation of the search and sweep operation led to the recovery of the following:

• Two (2) grenades,
• Eleven (11) magazines,
• Four (4) pairs of binoculars,
• Six (6) mobile phones with (11) SIM cards,
• Sixteen (16) memory cards, and other items.

      This operation confirms the vigilance and determination of People's National Army Forces to hunt down the remnants of these criminals until their total eradication.
