Fight against Organized Crime: Seizure of (5) quintals and (32) kilograms of treated kif
Within the framework of the constant fight against organized crime in all its forms, units of the El Bayadh Territorial Group of the National Gendarmerie in the 2nd Military Region arrested 04 individuals, including two women, today, 12th February 2026, and seized 5 quintals and 32 kilograms of treated kif, a truck, two passenger vehicles, two mobile phones, and a sum of money came from criminal activities.
This operation adds to the numerous other operations that have thwarted the introduction and the distribution of these toxic substances in our country and demonstrates the professionalism, vigilance, and constant readiness of People's National Army units, with their various components, to combat all forms of organized crime, especially as the sacred month of Ramadan approaches.
