National Service
Census of the 2029 Class
Citizens born between January 1st and December 31st 2009
Citizens born between January 1st and December 31st 2009 are hereby informed that they are required to comply with the census obligation stipulated by law n°14-06 of August 9th, 2014 relating to National Service.
Consequently, the concerned individuals or their guardians, must present themselves between January 2nd and September 30th 2026 to the municipal office of their place of residence, with the following documents:
1. A birth certificate,
2. A proof of residence,
3. Two (02) identity photos.
A census certificate on the census lists is handed to the concerned citizens by the municipal services.

“The concerned citizens are required to be registered on the census lists of the municipality of their place of residence or at the diplomatic or consular representations abroad, where they will be handed a census certificate. In case of absence, registration on the census lists must be requested by the legal guardian of the concerned citizen”

“Will be considered as non-compliant, any citizen who has completed twenty-five (25) years of age and who has not, except in case of circumstances of compelling inevitability, fulfilled the obligation of census or medical selection”
