
The Land Force Command, in coordination with the Military Institute of Documentation, Evaluation and Prospective of the Ministry of National Defence, organized, on 04th June 2025, at the conference room of the Head Quarter/LFC, a lecture for the employees of the Land Forces Command, on the subject of: «Blocking the decolonization process in western Sahara and increasing political tensions with Algeria: a salutary outlet for Morocco or an incubation factor for its internal vulnerabilities?». The lecture was delivered by Pr. Ferdiou Ouelhadj, Associate Researcher at the Military Institute of Documentation, Evaluation and Prospective of the Ministry of National Defence.
His lecture consisted of two main axes, the first of which dealt with the anatomy of western Sahara's place in the conflict between Algeria and Morocco. In the second, the professor provided a prospective analysis of the escalation of internal fragility in Morocco.
