Mr. Major-General Selmane Kouidar, the 1st Armored Division Commander in the Fifth Military Region, presided on June, 25th, 2025, the graduation ceremony of the thirty-first (31) class of contractuals non commissioned officers, at the National NCO Training School «Chahid Hasrouri El Aiche» in Khenchela which took a military training both theoretical and practical.
After the inspection of the graduating class by Mr. Major-General, the Commander of the 1st Armored Division /5th MR, the School Commander made a speech. Later, diplomas and ranks were handed over to the top honours of the trainees, as well as the passing of the banner. At the end, the ceremony was concluded with a military parade performed by the graduating classes.
