Within the framework of the program of cultural lectures dedicated to the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the glorious liberation revolution, Dr. HOUARI Moussa, professor of history at the University of Algiers 2, gave a lecture on December 04th, 2024, to the employees of the Land Force Command, with the theme: «Examples of the French genocide in Algeria (1830-1962)». The lecture dealt with examples of the massacres committed by the brutal French occupier against Algerians over the period of 132 years, where the professor divided his lecture into three major periods of Algerian history, providing examples of French crimes committed during the first period (1830-1900), the second period (1900-1954) and the third period (1954-1962), where he focused on some examples from each period and different regions of the country, relying on French evidence condemning the French occupation and proving its brutality.

    

At the end of the lecture, Dr. HAOUARI Moussa was honored with a symbolic gift handed to him on behalf of the Major General, Commander of the Land Forces, by Colonel Head of the Social Service/DSC of the Land Forces Command.
