Dr. Mohamed Amroune, Professor of Political Science and International Relations at the University of Tizi Ouzou, animated on May 10^th, 2023 a lecture for the Land Forces Command's personnel at the conference room of the Head Quarter/LFC, entitled : «The changes in the International System and Algeria's position in it», in which he tackled the following points:

1. The occurring changes in the International System and indicators which show that;
2. The current regional context and reality as well as the changes indicators;
3. The Algerian position and its possible or potential roles under the international and regional changes.
