Dr. Slimane Aradj, Professor of Political Science and International Relations at the University of Algiers 3, animated on February 22^nd, 2023 a lecture for the Land Forces Command's personnel at the conference room of the Head Quarter/LFC, entitled : «Cybersecurity and the digital sovereignty challenges», in which he tackled the following points:

1. The nation state and sovereignty;
2. Digital sovereignty, concept and dimensions;
3. Legal efforts to protect digital sovereignty;
4. Challenges to strengthen digital sovereignty.
