Dr. Slimane Aradj, Professor of Political Science at the University of Algiers 3, animated on February 28^th, 2022 a lecture for the Land Forces Command's personnel at the conference room of the Head Quarter/LFC, entitled : «The effects of the international and regional setting on the realities of national security», in which he tackled the following points:

1. The effects of the international and regional transformations and their links with the concept of national security in Algeria;
2. The link between the pair, counter terrorism and foreign intervention, in the world and the region;
3. The crisis in the Sahel region and its ramifications on Algeria;
4. The security approaches Algeria has pursued in order to confront different threats and maintain security and stability under national sovereignty.
