Dr. Saidi Meziane, Professor of history at the Higher Normal School of Bouzaréah, animated on June 28^th, 2022 a lecture for the Land Forces Command's personnel at the conference room of the Head Quarter/LFC, entitled : «Critical reading of Evian Accords», in which he tackled the following points:

1. The reasons for the Establishment of the Provisional Government of the Algerian Republic September 19, 1958, and its announcement;
2. The first and second Evian Accords;
3. Contents of Evian Accords and its signature;
4. The young Algerian state and the challenges of independence.
