Mr. Major-General Selmane Kouidar, the 1st Armored Division Commander in the Fifth Military Region, presided on June, 20th, 2022, the graduation ceremony of the twenty eight (28) class of contractuals non commissioned officers, at the National NCO Training School in Khenchela which took a military training both theoretical and practical.
After the inspection of the graduating class by Mr. Major-General, the Commander of the 1st Armored Division/ 5th MR, the School Commander made a speech. Later, diplomas and ranks were handed over to the top honours of the trainees, as well as the passing of the banner. At the end, the ceremony was concluded with a military parade performed by the graduating classes.
