The Instruction Centre of Field Artillery (French acronym: CIAC) was initially created as an annexe of the Instruction Centre of Combined Arms of Batna before being installed in Ain Arnat, then in Boughar to be transferred to Boussaâda and attached to the School of Field Artillery. In 1993 it became Instruction Centre of Field Artillery having for missions the instruction of the contractual ranks men and of contingent in various specialities of the systems of artillery arms.

In January 1995, the CIAC was created as independent structure.

TRAINING

The training cycle allows the trainees to work on various systems of artillery arm.

DIPLOMAS

Each cycle is recognised by the attribution of a certificate or patent:

  • Professional Military Certificate 1st degree + Military Patent of Physical Control for the contractual ranks men for civilians;
  • Professional Military Certificate 1st degree – contractual ranks men for civilians;
  • Military Professional Certificate 1st degree for contingent ranks men;
  • Professional Military Certificate 1st degree for contractual corporals resulting from the rank.

  • Practical Certificate - contractual djounouds;
  • Practical certificate - Djounouds of the contingent.

PEDAGOGICAL INFRASTRUCTURE

The CIAC is equipped with a material base, basic infrastructure and important teaching means to provide the training for all categories of the trainees:

  • Rooms of course;
  • Military and civil library;
  • Conference room;
  • Practical grounds.

PEDAGOGICAL MEANS

The CIAC is equipped with necessary teaching means; plans and means of demonstration and models helping to the good assimilation, namely:

  • Optical and topographic material;
  • Means of exposure;
  • Body of the various ammunition;
  • Documents and maps;
  • Model of the tactical room.

MEANS OF SIMULATION

  • Simulator of shooting of the system of the anti-tank missiles;
  • Reducer tube.

MANOEUVRE GROUNDS

  • Field of shooting with light weapons;
  • Field of shooting with heavy weapons.

SPORTS GROUNDS

  • Field of the combatant;
  • Football ground;
  • Volley ball ground;
  • Basketball ground.
