The School of Infantry Cadres was created in Hassi Bahbah, County of Djelfa in 1989, then transferred to Sidi Belabes in 1991, where it is currently located. Sidi Belabes is a distant city of Oran of 80 km in South-east, this area is characterised by an agro-pastoral vocation.
