General Saïd CHANEGRIHA, Chief of Staff of PNA continues his working visit in the 1st Military Region
Within the Continuity of the working and inspection visit to the 1st Military Region, within the framework of the final preparations supervision for the International Military Competition "Airborne Section-2022", which will be held in our country during the period from 15th to 27th August in course, the General Saïd CHANEGRIHA, Chief of Staff of People's National Army went, this Saturday, 13th August 2022, to the Boughar site, considered among the most important sites to host this international military sport event.
At the beginning, the General accompanied by the Commanders of the Land Forces, and of the 1st Military Region, the Chief of the Employment-Preparation Department and the Central Directors of the Ministry of National Defence and the General Staff of People's National Army, proceeded to the inauguration of the International Military Competition site "Airborne Section-2022" and visited its various infrastructures, where ample explanations were provided by the members of the organizing committee.
Then, the General moved to the ground training field where he inaugurated the jump tower and supervised a parachute jump demonstration from the tower.
The General has also inspected the training range of the International Military Competition/Boughar.
At the 104th Operational Manoeuvre Regiment headquarters, the General followed a presentation with extensive explanations on the various preparatory aspects relating to this site.
