Within the framework of the high quality operations carried out by the People's National Army units in the fight against terrorism and thanks to an efficient exploitation of the information provided by the terrorists recently captured in Skikda, detachments of PNA discovered and destroyed, during a raking operation in Tizi Ouzou, one (01) casemate for terrorists, and recovered two (02) FMPK machine guns, one (01) surface-to-air missile of the “Strela-M2” type, two ( 02) RPG-7 rocket launcher, one (01) RPG-2 rocket launcher, one (01) shotgun, (23) homemade bombs, (04) RPG7-V rockets, (09) propellant charges for rocket launcher, one (01) sight for RPG-7, one (01) pair of binoculars, detonation tools, ammunition magazines, (2,156) bullets, as well as clothing effects, food, medicines, electronic equipment and other objects.



      This same information allowed unearthing the remains of the so-called “Ghissi Abdelhakim”, known as “Salman”, who had joined the terrorist groups in 2005 before being shot in 2009.

      These high quality results confirm the effectiveness of the multiple operations carried out by People's National Army units in order to eradicate terrorism in all its forms, to cut off all means of survival for these criminals and to track them down wherever they are.
