As part of the solidarity and consolidation of the relations between Algeria and its brotherly-friendly countries, various humanitarian aids were delivered to the Malian people, Monday, January 24th, 2022, from Boufarik Air Base / 1st Military Region; these aids that constitute a total of 108 tons of foodstuffs and 400 thousand doses of anti-Covid 19 vaccine -SINOVAC- type, will be transported progressively to Mali, aboard Algerian Air Force’s planes towards the Bamako airport.
The first stage consisted in the delivery of 23 tons of foodstuffs as well as 300 thousand doses of anti-Covid 19 vaccine, donated by the Algerian red crescent to the Malian red crescent; the second stage involved the delivery of 27 tonnes of foodstuffs and 100 thousand other doses of vaccine.
This solidarity action aims at strengthening the bonds of friendship and solidarity between the Algerian and the Malian peoples.
