Having learned about the critical state of health of the retired soldier, Lance Corporal FRAHTIA Kamel, the Lieutenant General, Saïd CHANEGRIHA, Chief of Staff of People's National Army gave instructions to the competent services in order to ensure the immediate management of his case. Immediately, the aforementioned patient was transferred to the Regional Military University Hospital of Constantine, Chahid Abdelaali BENBATOUCHE in 5th Military Region, where he benefited from all the necessary medical examinations for a perfect diagnosis of his case, and this before his transfer for the completion of his treatment abroad as soon as possible.
