The General-Major TELEMSANI Omar, Commander of the 4th MR, chaired on 22nd June 2022, at the Higher School of Special Troops "Chahid Mustapha Khoja alias Si Ali" in Biskra/ 4th MR, the graduation ceremony of newest promotions which have had the honour of bearing the name of the Chahid “Fitas Fitas”. The graduated promotions are composed:

• The 53rd promotion of the Improvement Course Officer;
• The 27th promotion of the Application Course Officer;
• The 02nd promotion of Common Basic Training;
• The 02nd promotion of free and operational jumping;
• The 24th promotion of Parachute Instructors;
• The 32nd promotion of the Professional Military Brevet of the second degree;
• The 3rd promotion of the Professional Military Brevet of the second degree / trainers;
• The 54th promotion of the Professional Military Brevet of the first degree;
• The 16th promotion of the Professional Military Brevet of the first degree / trainers;
• The 24th promotion of the Military Brevet in Specialized Sports Education of the second degree;
• The 25th promotion of the Military Certificate in Specialized Sports Education of the first degree;
• The 32nd promotion of the Professional Military Certificate of the second degree (new recruits);
• The 26th promotion of the Professional Military Certificate of the second degree (from the rank).

      At the end, a tribute was paid to the Chahid's family.
