On the sidelines of his participation to the "DIMDEX-2022" Exhibition, Lieutenant General Saïd CHANEGRIHA, Chief of Staff of the People's National Army, had a special meeting at the Prince's Palace with His Excellency Sheikh Jassim Ben Hamad Al Thani, personal representative of His Highness the Emir of the State of Qatar, reflecting the excellent relations between the two countries.


      The Lieutenant General was then received by Sheikh Mohamed Ben Abderrahmane Ben Jassim Al Thani, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar.

     Likewise, in order to promote Algeria's participation in the 7th edition of the International Maritime Defense Exhibition in Doha, Lieutenant General Saïd CHANEGRIHA had a special interview with the Vice Prime- Minister, Minister of State for Defense Affairs, Dr. Khaled Ben Mohamed El Attiyah, who highlighted the place of Algeria and its defense policy before welcoming its participation with the frigate "Al-Modamir", ship's number "911" at this exhibition.


     The Lieutenant General previously met with the Advisor to His Highness the Emir of Qatar for Defense Affairs, Army General Hamad Ben Ali Al Attiyah. The two parties discussed then, the importance of military doctrine and training and their role in building a competent and modern military institution.
