General Saïd CHANEGRIHA, Chief of Staff of PNA, on a working and inspection visit in the 4th Military Region in Ouargla
Within the framework of execution monitoring of combat preparation program across all units of PNA, General Said CHANEGRIHA, Chief of Staff of People’s National Army, carried out this Monday 14th November 2022, a working and inspection visit to the 4th Military Region in Ouargla, where he will chair an orientation meeting with the staff of this Region and will supervise a tactical exercise with live ammunition in the North-East Operational Sector In Amenas.
The visit began from the North-East Operational Sector In Amenas. Thus, after the welcoming ceremony, The General, in presence of The Major General Omar TELEMCANI, Commander of the 4th Military Region, met the executives and the personnel, before giving an orientation speech, followed, via videoconference, by the personnel of all units of the 4th Military Region. During this speech, The General evocated about the many achievements that Algeria continues to record on all levels, like the successful organization of the 31st Ordinary Summit of the League of Arab States. These achievements that inspire pride and motivate Algerians, imbued with patriotism and fidelity, to move forward towards more achievements:
“I would like, on this honourable occasion, to recall with you the substantial achievements that Algeria continuously to realise at all levels and in all areas, such as the successful organization of the 31st Ordinary Summit of the League of Arab States, whose results testify the far-sighted vision of the President of the Republic, Supreme Chief of Armed Forces, Minister of National Defence. This vision has enabled our country to return with force to the international scene and to impose as a reliable partner, worthy of respect and esteem with all States and regional and international organizations.
Such achievements, of which we note with satisfaction the favourable echoes both regionally and internationally, arouse pride and motivate the Algerians, imbued with patriotism and loyalty, to move forward towards more achievements, in particular, on diplomatic, economic, social and military plans”.
The General underlined, in the same context, that the People's National Army will continue to work with dedication and loyalty, to consolidate and preserve these national achievements, achieved thanks to the efforts of all but also thanks to the strength and solidity of the link between the people and their constitutional institutions:
“In this context, I would also like to recall that we continue, within the People's National Army, to work with dedication and loyalty, to comfort and preserve these national achievements made thanks to the efforts of all but also thanks to the strength and the solidity of the link between the people and their constitutional institutions. This bond, which we consider to be an asset of great value, will further motivate us to serve the supreme interests of the homeland and to continue our promising development process”.
At the end of the meeting, the General gave a set of instructions and recommendations to the personnel relating to the need to give combat preparation efforts and operational availability an importance that rises up to the sanctity of the constitutional missions assigned to the People's National Army. The General also expressed his intimate conviction that this is not impossible or even difficult when the faithful children of Algeria show determination, faith and perseverance.
