Following the death of retired Brigadier General Moudjahid Mohamed BETCHINE, which occurred today Tuesday, 29^th November 2022, at the Regional University Military Hospital of Constantine, Chahid Abdelaali BENBATOUCHE in the 5^thMilitary Region, General, Saïd CHANEGRIHA, Chief of Staff of People's National Army presents in his name and on behalf of all the personnel of People's National Army, his sincere condolences and conveys to the family of the deceased, his deep compassion, praying Allah, the Almighty, to grant the deceased His Holy Mercy and to welcome him in His Vast Paradise among the martyrs and the truthful righteous and to grant his family and loved ones all the courage and strength in this difficult ordeal.
