Secretary General of the Ministry of National Defence, Major General Mohamed Salah BENBICHA received, on 16th November 2022 at the headquarters of the Ministry of National Defence, President of the High-Level Independent Panel on Security and Development in Sahel, Mahamdou Issoufou.

      This meeting was an opportunity to exchange their point of view on the situation prevailing in the region and the possibilities of promoting peace and encouraging development in this area.
