General Saïd CHANEGRIHA, Chief of Staff of PNA installs the General Director of Documentation and External Security
On behalf of President of the Republic, Supreme Chief of Armed Forces, Minister of National Defence, General Saïd CHANEGRIHA, Chief of Staff of People’s National Army, presided this Saturday, 3rd September 2022, the official installation of the Major General M'HENNA DJEBAR, in the position of General Director of Documentation and External Security:
“In the name of President of the Republic, Supreme Chief of Armed Forces, Minister of National Defence and in accordance with the presidential decree of 1st September 2022, I officially install the Major General M'HENNA DJEBAR, in the position of General Director of Documentation and External Security, replacing the Major General AbdElGhani RACHEDI.
Therefore, I order you to work under his authority and carry out his orders and instructions in the interest of service, in accordance with the applicable military regulations and laws of the Republic, and in fidelity to the sacrifices of our valiant Chuhada and to the values of our Glorious Revolution.”
This occasion was an opportunity for the General to give the executives and personnel of this Directorate, a set of instructions and orientations, through which he emphasized the need to make greater efforts in the service of Algeria and to preserve its supreme interests.
Then, the General supervised the ceremony of approval of the Minutes of handing over instructions.
