General Saïd CHANEGRIHA, Chief of Staff of People's National Army attended today, Monday 21st August 2023, the lifting of the body and the recitation of the Fatiha on the soul of the deceased Brigadier General HARRAT Rachid, at the Central Hospital of Army "Mohamed SEGHIR NEKKACHE" in the presence of Mr. Mohamed Nadir LARBAOUI, Cabinet Director of the Presidency of the Republic, Mr. Abdallah MOUNDJI, Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic, the General, Commander of the Republican Guard, the Secretary General of the Ministry of National Defence, the Forces Commanders, the Commander of the National Gendarmerie, the Commander of the 1st Military Region, the Chiefs of Departments, Directors and Chiefs of Central Services of the Ministry of National Defence and of People's National Army General Staff, as well as executives and staff of the Central Hospital of Army, members of his family and a few relatives.



      In this painful circumstance, the General reiterated, in his personal name and on behalf of all the executives and the personnel of People's National Army, his sincere condolences and his deep compassion to the family of the deceased, before recalling his honourable professional career, praying to Allah the Almighty to grant him His Holy Mercy and to lend strength and patience to his family.
