Following the death of Brigadier General Rachid HARRAT, General Director of Telecommunications Security at the Presidency of the Republic, which occurred today Sunday 20th August 2023, General Saïd CHANEGRIHA, Chief of Staff of People's National Army, presents in his name and on behalf of all the personnel of People's National Army, his sincere condolences and expresses to the family of the deceased, his deep compassion, praying Allah the Almighty, to grant to the deceased his holy mercy and to welcome him in His Vast Paradise among the martyrs and the valiant saints and to grant his family and loved ones all the courage and strength in this difficult ordeal.
