The late Brigadier General Rachid HARRAT, Director General of Communications and Telecommunications Security at the Presidency of the Republic, was buried on Tuesday, 22nd August 2023, at the El-Alia cemetery in Algiers, in the presence of the Prime Minister Aïmene Benabderrahmane, Mr. Mohamed Nadir LARBAOUI, Director of the Presidency cabinet, Mr. Abdallah MOUNDJI, Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic, Government members, advisors to the Presidency of the Republic, the Secretary General of the Ministry of National Defence, General Officers of the Ministry of National Defence and of People's National Army General Staff, members of his family as well as some friends and relatives of the deceased .



      May Allah the Almighty grant the deceased His Holy Mercy and welcome him to His Vast Paradise and lend strength and patience to his family.
