General Saïd CHANEGRIHA, Chief of Staff of PNA on a working and inspection visit to the Republican Guard Command
Within the framework of the inspection visits to the various components of People's National Army, General, Saïd CHANEGRIHA, Chief of Staff of People's National Army carried out, this Wednesday, 19th April 2023, a working and inspection visit to the Republican Guard Command headquarters.
After the welcoming ceremony, the General, accompanied by General Ben Ali BEN ALI, Commander of the Republican Guard, observed a minute’s silence in memory of the hero and Chahid "Mohamed BELOUIZDED" whose headquarters is named after him, and laid a wreath of flowers in front of his commemorative stele, before reciting the Fatiha in his memory and that of our brave Chouhada.
Then, the General held a meeting with the executives and the staff of the Republican Guard Command, where he delivered an orientation speech, broadcast via videoconference through all the units of this Command. As such, the Chief of Staff of PNA stressed that it is the duty of every citizen loyal to Algeria to engage all the efforts and all the force necessary for the establishment of security and for the consolidation of the factors of peace and stability in our dear country and to bring together the requirements of its development and its progress so as to allow it to occupy the place it deserves in the concert of nations:
"I have repeatedly insisted on the fact that the establishment of security and the strengthening of the factors of peace and stability in our dear country, as well as the consolidation of the requirements of its development and its progress to allow it to occupy the place it deserves in the concert of nations, constitute great challenges that each child faithful to this noble land must take up, without saving any effort.
In order to achieve these noble objectives, we are committed, within People's National Army, worthy heir to the National Liberation Army, under the command of the President of the Republic, Supreme Chief of the Armed Forces, Minister of National Defence, alongside the faithful children of our homeland and in accordance with the assigned constitutional missions, to honour the oath of the valiant Chouhada and the valiant moujahideen, and to work tirelessly and with determination to defeat the manoeuvres and machinations of the enemies of Algeria, hostile as they are to its unity and its social, cultural and civilizational cohesion".
At the end, the General followed the interventions of the staff of the Republican Guard Command and inquired about their concerns and proposals. He wanted, at the same time, to salute the sustained efforts provided at all levels, before giving a set of general guidelines for the assistance.
The General followed an exhaustive presentation presented by the Chief of Staff of the Republican Guard, focusing mainly on the various areas of activities related to the progress of the development plan of this Command, at the end, he followed practical equestrian and fantasia demonstrations as well as the execution of a tactical exercise carried out by the personnel of the special intervention regiment, as he visited the School of Music under the Command of the Republican Guard where he inspected its various educational structures and facilities.
