Within the framework of fight against terrorism and thanks to the qualitative efforts of security services of the Ministry of National Defence, three (03) terrorists surrendered yesterday, Wednesday, 15th February 2023, to the military authorities in Bordj Badji Mokhtar in the 6^th Military Region. It was about, "MELLOUKI Abderrahmane" known as "Abderraouf", "MELLOUKI Sid M'hamed" known as "Abdessamed" and "MELLOUKI El-Cherif" known as "Abdennacer", and another terrorist surrendered to the military authorities in In Guezzam in the same Military Region, It was "El-TOUDJI Omar" alias "Ali".


      The said terrorists who were active within terrorist groups in the Sahel region had in his possession:

• Four (04) submachine guns type Kalashnikov;
• Two (02) grenades;
• Twelve (12) chargers;
• Three (03) charger holders and a quantity of ammunition.

      This operation consolidates the positive results achieved on the field which show the great vigilance and the firm determination of People's National Army units to preserve security and stability of the country.
