General Saïd CHANEGRIHA, Chief of Staff of PNA, on a working and inspection visit to the Higher School of Military Administration in Oran
General Saïd CHANEGRIHA, Chief of Staff of People's National Army, carried out today, Wednesday 21st June 2023, a working and inspection visit to the 2nd Military Region, in Oran.
After the welcoming ceremony, addressed by Major General Mohamed Tayeb BRAKNI, Commander of the 2nd Military Region, the General went to the Higher School of Military Administration where he followed a presentation presented by the Commandant of the School, relating to the various pedagogical and infrastructural aspects of this prestigious training establishment.
During the meeting with the executives and the trainees of the Higher School of Military Administration, the General delivered an orientation speech in which he expressed his happiness at holding this meeting with the executives and students of this prestigious School, a few days before the graduation ceremony of its promotions:
" first of all, It’s a pleasure to express my joy in meeting the executives and the students of the Higher School of Military Administration, a few days before the promotions graduation ceremony of this prestigious School, which benefited, on the part of the High Command, of particular interest at all levels, in particular through the provision of all necessary human and educational resources, as well as, modern and adequate equipment, capable of enabling students and trainees to benefit from a qualitative education, which meets PNA professionalization requirements".
The General urged the trainees of the School, in their capacity as future PNA executives in the field of military administration, to be up to the great challenges that await them, especially in the particular geopolitical context prevailing on a global and regional scale:
"As such, I urge you, insofar as you are the future executives of PNA called to exercise in the field of military administration, to be up to the great challenges that we are going to deal with in the coming years, particularly in the light of the particular geopolitical contexts prevailing on a global and regional scale.
Indeed, we are determined to overcome these challenges and to win the stakes, thanks to the permanent support and the judicious orientations of the President of the Republic, Supreme Chief of the Armed Forces, Minister of National Defence, who leads our country, with wisdom, foresight, and legitimate ambition, towards the construction of the new Algeria, through a promising development project and a judicious foreign policy, which advocates peaceful solutions to conflicts, common security and the preservation of human life, while ensuring a balanced, a fair and more representative international system ".
Subsequently, the General followed the interventions of the audience, before giving a series of guidelines and recommendations relating in particular to the need to redouble efforts, to guarantee the best performance of the assigned missions.
At the end of this visit, the General went to the El-Mordjane Family Rest Centre in Bousfer to proceed, in the presence of Major General, Director of the Social Service of the Ministry of National Defence, to the inauguration of new infrastructures belonging to this Centre where he received exhaustive explanations on the various new amenities capable of contributing to the improvement of social services, for the benefit of military personnel and their families.
