The Naval Higher School, the late Moudjahid Major General Mohamed Boutighane /1st MR celebrated, today 19th June 2023, the graduation of new promotions that had the honor of bearing the name of the Chahid " OUKIL Ali ".


      The ceremony was supervised by Major General BENMEDDAH Mahfoud, Naval Forces’ Commander, In the presence of military and civilian authorities, the school’s executives and teachers, as well as, the families of the students and the family of the Chahid and representatives of national media.


      The graduating promotions are:

• The 31° promotion of the Command and Staff Courses;
• The 41° promotion of the Officers Improvement Courses;
• The 06° promotion of Master specialized in the management of maritime affairs ;
• The 16° promotion of the common basic training;
• The 13° promotion (L.M.D) System, in the following specialties: maritime navigation sciences, telecommunications and weapon systems, naval mechanics, naval commissariat, management and administration of maritime affairs.

      These promotions also include foreign trainees from brotherly and friendly countries. The ceremony ended with a tribute to the Chahid’s family.
