On the fourth and last day of his visit to the 3rd Military Region in Béchar, General Saïd CHANEGRIHA, Chief of Staff of People's National Army inaugurated new military infrastructures for the benefit of the Region, included in the framework of the improvement of the working and living conditions of the personnel, before inspecting some units deployed in this region.

      After the welcoming ceremony, at the Operational Sector Center Bordj Akid Lotfi, the General in the company of Major-General Mustapha SMAILI,Commander of the 3rd Military Region, received an exhaustive presentation presented by the Commander of the Operational Sector , relating to the combat preparation of units and personnel, before proceeding to the inauguration of the new headquarters of the said Operational Sector, which is equipped with modern infrastructures to ensure the best working conditions for personnel .


      The visit continued with the inspection of some units of the Central Operational Sector, where the General inquired about the working and living conditions of the personnel. On this occasion, he gave guidance to managers on the need to attach particular importance to human resources and to ensure the improvement of working conditions within the units, through direct communication and taking responsible for staff concerns.


      As part of this visit to the 3rd Military Region, the General inaugurated social infrastructure, namely two kindergartens in Bechar and Tindouf. These local military infrastructures constitute new achievements for the personnel and their families, as part of the efforts aimed at bringing together adequate working conditions in this Southern Region.
