General Saïd CHANEGRIHA, Chief of PNA Staff chairs the work of the annual meeting of military infrastructure executives
General Saïd CHANEGRIHA, Chief of People's National Army Staff, chaired, this Saturday, 27TH April 2024, at the Military Center of Engineering and Infrastructure Development in Hussein Dey, the works of the annual meeting with executives of the Central Directorate of Military Infrastructure.
After the welcome ceremony and in the presence of the Secretary General of the Ministry of National Defence, the Commander of the 1st Military Region, the Central Director of Military Infrastructure, the chiefs of Departments and the Central Directors of the Ministry of National Defence and of the General Staff of People's National Army, the General , Chief of People's National Army Staff followed a presentation given by the Director General of the Military Center of Engineering and Development of Infrastructure, covering the assessment of the activities included in the 2023-2024 Work Plan, and an inventory of infrastructure projects currently being implemented at the level of the units of People's National Army.
The General then followed a presentation on the project to build the Technical Complex of the Military Center for Engineering and Infrastructure Development and inspected the different structures of this important achievement.
After which, General Saïd CHANEGRIHA, Chief of People's National Army Staff, inspected the material and equipment workshops abounding in the Central Directorate of Military Infrastructure, where he followed presentations on the Department's most important projects, from study to completion and delivery.
Then, the General, delivered an orientation speech, followed by videoconference by executives and staff of the Central Directorate of Military Infrastructure across the six Military Regions, through which he stressed that the High Command attaches great importance to morale of the personnel and works, in this sense, to bring together the appropriate conditions at the level of all ANP units, particularly those deployed in the southern regions:
«I would like, first of all, to express my high appreciation by chairing, once again, the annual meeting of executives of the Central Directorate of Military Infrastructure, which is held to evaluate the results obtained for the year 2023, define the priority areas for the years to come and identify the difficulties encountered and provide them with appropriate solutions.
The High Command of People's National Army attaches great interest to the morale of personnel and works, constantly, to provide them with favorable conditions, at the level of all PNA units, particularly those deployed in the regions of the South, which are characterized by an arid climate and distinct specificities.
In this regard, it is up to you as command and executives of the Central Directorate of Military Infrastructures to make greater efforts to ensure the management of military infrastructures, whether those dedicated to daily life. military personnel or those necessary for their professional environment, such as educational, training, accommodation and leisure establishments, with all the amenities that this requires».
