As representative of the President of the Republic, Supreme Chief of the Armed Forces, Minister of National Defence, General Saïd CHANEGRIHA, Chief of People's National Army Staff continues his official visit to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where he was received, on the evening of Monday 5th February 2024, in audience by the Minister of Defence of the Saudi Armed Forces, His Royal Highness Prince Khalid Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

      This audience, attended by senior military officials from both parties, was devoted to assessing the state of bilateral military cooperation between Algeria and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including long-standing fraternal relations were traced during many decisive stages which marked the common history of the two brotherly countries.

      During this audience, the General delivered a speech in which he renewed his thanks for the warm welcome given to him and to the delegation accompanying him. At the same time, he saluted the bilateral ties solid historical relationships between the two countries, recalling in particular the unconditional support of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the Glorious Revolution of National Liberation. The General also underlined the willingness of the People's National Army to promote military cooperation between the two countries at higher levels and to extend it to other areas of common interest.
