Following the bad weather which affected the Wilayas of the East of the country and the snowfall, detachments of People's National Army intervened in the isolated areas of the 5th MR, to clear the roads and lift the isolation of citizens, by mobilizing heavy logistical resources to open several roads and secondary roads.


      A PNA detachment from the Constantine Military Sector lifted the isolation and reopened the roads in the Commune of Djebel Ouahch, which experienced heavy snowfall leading to the closure of the roads and the isolation of the inhabitants of the region.
