Operational Report of PNA during the first half of 2024
In the dynamic of sustained efforts in the fight against terrorism and against multifaceted organized crime, units and detachments of People's National Army carried out, during the first half of 2024, several operations resulting in qualitative results reflecting the high professionalism, vigilance and permanent availability of our Armed Forces throughout the national territory, to thwart all attempts aimed at undermining the security and stability of our country as well as its sovereignty.
As part of the fight against terrorism, our Armed Forces carried out the neutralization of (30) terrorists, (223) support elements, the discovery and destruction of (10) casemates and shelters serving as refuge for terrorist groups, as well as the recovery of (26) firearms, (23) bombs of different types and quantities of ammunition.

As part of the fight against organized crime, the various units of PNA have increased their efforts to counter the scourge of drug trafficking in our country, which has enabled the arrest of (1,432) drug traffickers and the defeat introduction of (176) quintals of processed kif coming from the borders with Morocco, while (129) kilograms of cocaine and (1,1726988) psychotropic tablets were seized. Likewise, these qualitative operations allowed the arrest of (6026) individuals and the seizure of (860) vehicles, (2164) jackhammers, (3587) generators, (156) metal detectors, (86) tons of mixture of stone and raw gold, as well as (360) hunting rifles, (1096027) liters of fuel, (104) tonnes of tobacco and (2307) tonnes of foodstuffs intended for smuggling and speculation, during of distinct operations across the national territory. Furthermore, combined detachments of People's National Army apprehended (13,573) illegal immigrants of different nationalities across the national territory.
