“In the current international geopolitical context, loaded with threats and challenges, we must adopt new modes of confrontation and coherent national approaches which include, in addition to the exploitation of military means and capabilities, the mobilization of all national capacities, within the framework of an inclusive national strategy adapted to current developments, which preserves national cohesion and identity, and works to transmit it to rising generations, in a new and adapted format, which reflects the cultural wealth and the civilizational and historical legacy of the Algerian nation.
To do this, we are called to adapt to the demands of the century and to assert our presence in the virtual world, through the creation of rich and qualitative digital content, which reinforces the spirit of belonging to the Algerian nation. , and perpetuates the duty of memory towards our valiant predecessors, following the example of the martyrdom of Didouche Mourad, peace to his soul, author of the famous quote “If we die, defend our memory”.
