The Major-General TLEMSANI Omar, Commander of the 4th MR, chaired on 11th June 2024, at the Higher School of Special Troops “Chahid Mustapha KHODJA alias Si Ali” in Biskra/4th MR, the graduation ceremony of the (13) newest promotions which had the honour of bearing the name of the Late Moudjahid ROUINA Mohamed. The graduated promotions are composed of:

• The 58th promotion of the Improvement Course Officer;
• The 29th promotion of the Application Course Officer;
• The 04rd promotion of Common Basic Training;
• The 04rd promotion of free and operational jumping;
• The 26th promotion of Parachute Instructors;
• The 34rd promotion of the Professional Military Brevet of the second degree;
• The 06th promotion of the Professional Military Brevet of the second degree / trainers;
• The 58th promotion of the Professional Military Brevet of the first degree;
• The 20th promotion of the Professional Military Brevet of the first degree / trainers;
• The 26th promotion of the Military Brevet in Specialized Sports Education of the second degree;
• The 27th promotion of the Military Certificate in Specialized Sports Education of the first degree;
• The 34rd promotion of the Professional Military Certificate of the second degree (new recruits);
• The 28th promotion of the Professional Military Certificate of the second degree (from the rank).

      At the end of the ceremony, the Major General, Commander of the 4th Military Region, paid tribute to the family of the Late Moudjahid ROUINA Mohamed.
