Major General SOUID Mohammed Al-Bashir, Central Director of Military Health Services of the Ministry of National Defence, supervised the opening ceremony of the national seminar entitled: "medical care of war wounded: from the medical nest to socio-professional reintegration", this Tuesday, 14th May, 2024, at the National School of Military Health in the first military region, in the presence of General officers and executives from the Ministry of National Defence.

This Seminar aims to discuss issues related to the different aspects of caring for war wounded, from the field of operations to their reintegration, in order to improve their social and professional living conditions, by highlighting the role of the various military health services in supporting war wounded in their reintegration, by improving multidisciplinary coordination for better care and by focusing on rehabilitation programs aimed at restoring and strengthening the functional independence of the wounded , through highlighting the latest developments in this area.
In this regard, the Central Director of Military Health Services underlined, in his speech, the importance of the theme of this seminar in strengthening the availability of military health units and formations in the operational framework, which is part of in the efforts of People's National Army High Command to ensure optimal means for the care of injured personnel of People's National Army.
During this seminar several conferences were presented by military health specialists from battle units and military hospital structures, focusing on various aspects of medical care for war wounded a seminar which was enriched by the debates of specialists.
